Shipping & ReturnsShipping We try our very best to get your orders out to you in the quickest manner possible. Most in-stock items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS (we will notify you ASAP in the unlikely event that you item is on backorder). Certain personalized and custom products may take a few days longer, not to exceed 7 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by UPS due to inclimate weather, airport closures, etc. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, as well as another email once your item has shipped, with a link for online order tracking through www.ups.com. International Shipping We ship internationally! Please contact us at orders@sunflowerfavors.com if you would like to place an international order. However, personalized items are not available for international shipping at this time. Additional customs, duties, and tax charges, are not included in the sale or regular shipping price of the item and will not be collected by Sunflower Favors. Please contact your local customs office for details on these additional charges. Canadian residents can prepay customs and duties charges, which eliminates further payment due upon delivery. Please contact us for more questions regarding Canada shipping prices. Additional Information Your order may arrive in separate boxes, due to bulk ordering or warehouse locations around the country. Please note all prices on our site are listed and charged in US dollars. All packages refused by customers upon delivery (without prior notification) will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and be charged an additional $25 handling fee. Return Policy Here at Sunflower Favors we strive for excellence and hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there are special circumstances where returns are unavoidable. Therefore, we currently offer the following return policy: Returns Most items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, we cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not resalable. Therefore, personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable, unless there is a misprint or error on our part. Nor can we accept edible or personal care products to ensure customer safety.If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must notify us with 3 business days of receiving it in order to be eligible for a return. Any damages to product caused by you, the consumer, will not result in product replacement. Return Authorization Number Please send an email to returns@sunflowerfavors.com or fill out the form on the contact page to request a Return Authorization Number. This must be done before returning any product and must be within 30 days of the original purchase date. If we receive a return with no RAN on the outside of the package, it will be refused upon delivery. Upon approval for a return, we will email you a RAN to return the product and instructions on doing so. This number is valid for 10 business days – any product received after that time will be refused. If you are not approved for a return, please do not send your item anyway. Any non-returnable item we receive (including products returned in used or dirty condition) will not be shipped back to you, nor the money credited to your account. Return Shipping It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable shipping method when returning products. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All items must be in new condition in their original packaging, complete with all parts. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs will not be refunded for any charges (unless there was an error on our part). Refunds After we receive your pre-authorized returned package we will examine the contents. Full credit for the product is subject to our evaluation and approval, and approved provided the items are unused, and free of defects. Any items returned that are in a damaged condition will not receive a refund. Once we confirm acceptable return, you will receive an email with your refund total (total price of item minus a 5% restocking fee) and credit will be issued within 3-5 business days (via original purchase method). Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. If you have
